This Cb Antenna Mount is hand built. We were told
when it was designed for us, "RadioActive you can tow a boat with
it".
We are sick of antenna companies not making big roof mounts designed
for big antennas. Big antennas create wind load as they travel down
the street. This drag can cause roof damage, your antenna flying off
at 80 mph and causing a 50 car pile up on the hwy.! This antenna
mount is 12" x 12" and is EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA heavy duty. For you guys
running not so extreme antennas, we carry a hand built version of
this that's 6" x 6" This is a much more common size. Even the 6" x
6" will hold 'em all. These custom mounts aren't cheap, $70-$150 but
it's more expensive to remove an antenna which flew off your vehicle
from someone's radiator.
