The Galaxy 48T is designed with
the driver in mind. Ok, ok you don't have to be a driver to use it!
Its a beast of a radio. Its designed mainly for for operators that
want a BIG Radio, but don't want to run a external amp. This near
185 clean SuperWackPacked watt radio sounds huge. You'll get asked a
million times to either shut it off, because your locking down the
channel, or you'll be asked "Where's that BIG RADIO?" The 361
channels are 360 more then you cn talk on at one time, so you got
plenty. The echo makes you sound like your that Big Trucker from the
deep south when really your from Vermont! The radios packed with
features, and you'll never need a amp. If you do ever decide you
want a linear, the Texas Star 1600 or 1200 match up perfect. The
faceplate lights up all fancy so you can see it clear as day as your
driving. Its a Big Mobile for sure.
